The company is led by William Swadley, a California CPA who brings his skill, talent, experience, and expertise to bear for every assignment, and, once committed, never fails to achieve the desired outcome. 

William has built a career solving problems large and small for over 20 years. His experience in the business world have presented him with challenges both unique and common to most business ventures. He was a key member of the finance and accounting teams that saw the meteoric rise of one of the most popular kids’ franchises of all time. He participated as a small, unknown, film and television company saw its stock price explode in three short years.

He was the reporting point-person for the exponential expansion of the DVD market in the early-to-mid 2000s, which changed the face of the consumer products/electronics industry. 

William participated in the formation of an international joint venture with one of the biggest film and television studios in the world, and he played a significant role in the finance and accounting for the launch of a new cable channel that debut with two successful original series’.

Regardless of the size or duration of the job, William will personally see to it that goals are achieved and results delivered.

Tina Gotlibowski manages the company. Her past experience includes 15 years working in entertainment accounting and business management for several of the largest and most reputable firms in Los Angeles.

Working closely with privately held and family businesses gives her the insight and skill required to understand the needs of the company and/or individuals and provide seamless and flawless services in all areas of accounting and business management.
